Synopsis

It is not uncommon for individuals unfamiliar with project management to be put in positions to manage projects. This course will help the accidental project manager to understand and be able to project management principles and tools.

This course introduces the basic concepts and techniques from A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide)—Sixth Edition and other reliable sources to those who are unfamiliar with project management.
